JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Servicing Japanese client 

• Ensure client's financial records, employee pay, and tax filings are accurate and follow Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Japanese Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (JP GAAP).
• Track the arrival of client documents to keep the service running smoothly and on schedule.
• Provide translation support for Vietnamese accountants and other departments when necessary.
• Handle administrative duties, including creating proposals, contracts, debit notes, purchase orders, and similar documents.

 

Accounting and tax package 

• Support on specific services like M&A deal reviews and due diligence.
• Provide clients with ongoing accounting and tax support.
• Perform further tasks assigned by manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Have a Bachelor degree
• Japanese (at least N2 ); English (Intermediate)
• Eager to gain knowledge in accounting and tax
• Prior experience in accounting and tax a valuable asset (but not mandatory).
• A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or a Japan Book-keeping Certificate II holder is preferred, but not mandatory.

BENEFITS

• Salary: 10M – 25M (Gross), depending on candidates’ experience and ability
